I Forgot My Password

If you cannot access your account, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click the password reset link in the email you receive.
4. Set your new password (at least 10 characters).

Security: When your password is reset, you are automatically signed out of all devices. You will need to sign in again on each device.

If the email does not arrive

• Check your Spam/Junk folder.
• Make sure you typed your email address correctly.
• If it does not arrive within 5 minutes, try again (limit of 3 times per hour).
