Creating a Support Ticket
You can create a support ticket in two ways on Tixenta:
1. Without signing up (guest)
- Click the Create Support Ticket button on the home page.
- Enter your name, email and subject.
- Check the privacy (KVKK) consent box.
- A tracking code is sent to you by email.
2. With your account
- After signing in, start with the New Ticket button.
- You can also see your previous tickets from a single panel.
- If you are a B2B customer, all your company's tickets are visible (if you have permission).
Ticket statuses
- New: forwarded to our team
- In review: assigned to an agent
- Awaiting customer: more information needed
- Resolved: a solution is proposed; you can confirm it
- Closed: completed
